Due to the current circumstances of Covid-19, we are taking measures to ensure the safety of our employees and our customers. Therefore, we are taking the following strict processes:
- Contactless Service: Our technicians are not to come into contact with anyone and so we ask that you do not attempt to shake hands or make any direct contact with them. In light of social distancing, we also ask for you and the technician to stay at least 6 feet from each other for everyone’s protection.
- Sanitization: Our technicians will wear gloves the entire time and sanitize them periodically. They will also sanitize the following components of your vehicle before and after your service: Driver and passenger front exterior door handles, driver and passenger interior door handles, steering wheel, hood release, shift knob, rear view mirror / LDWS camera assemblies, keys and key fobs. If they need a signature on a phone or table, they will sanitize it, set the device down on your seat, have you approach the device and sign it, place it back on the seat and then he will sanitize it again.
- Payment: If you have a balance to pay, the technician will manually input the card information into the debit / credit card processing application.
